Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- The deposited amount will be credited directly to your 8xk account balance.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10-45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the account used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Some withdrawals may be reviewed for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming this bonus:
- Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times (total of deposit + bonus amount).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
- Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- 8xk reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
Other Promotions
8xk offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. 8xk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. Bonuses claimed incorrectly will be cancelled.
VIP Program Terms
Bronze Level
Weekly cashback up to 0.5%. New members enter this tier based on their activity.
Silver Level
Weekly cashback up to 1.0%. Members can be promoted from Bronze through consistent activity.
Gold Tier
Weekly cashback up to 1.5%. Enjoy the highest benefits and priority service.
VIP tier changes are managed at 8xk's sole discretion. 8xk reserves the right to amend the VIP program terms at any time. Bonus terms applicable to cashback funds will apply for withdrawal.
Betting and Gaming Rules
General Gaming Rules
- All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed.
- Games or bets that are incomplete due to technical errors may be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
- In the event of any dispute regarding game results, 8xk's decision is final.
- The individual rules of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi) also apply.
- Winnings obtained through any bug, error, or software glitch will be considered void.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Arbitrage betting or the use of fraudulent betting strategies.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Collusion or coordination with other players.
- Bonus abuse or gaining an advantage by creating multiple accounts.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
Intellectual Property and Content Use
All content on the 8xk website — logos, trademarks, graphics, software, designs, and text — is protected by the intellectual property rights of 8xk or the relevant third parties. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or imitate any part of our service is prohibited.

Account Suspension and Closure

8xk may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- Providing false information.
- Legal obligation or regulatory directive.
- Long-term account inactivity.
Voluntary Closure
You may request account closure at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account. Contact us for voluntary self-exclusion as well.
Dispute Resolution

If the matter is not resolved via live chat or email, a formal complaint may be filed. We will provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint. 8xk's decision will be considered final in all disputes, though legal remedies remain available to all parties.
Terms Amendment
8xk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
